Nice and easy tanker rollover we worked back before the snow started flying. Soft ground near the adjacent creek caused the trailer to sink, and the slight lean led to a collapse of the landing gear on the low side. We were able to drag the trailer by its kingpin up away from the creek and lift it in one move, allowing us to deploy a 12" recovery strap from beneath the tank all the way around and over the top. With the truck reset, we added our second winch to pull the trailer tandems down. We arrived, uprighted it, and cleared the scene in less than an hour. In case you were wondering, yes! We can tow semi trailers too! This trailer was rear-ended and sustained severe damage to the axle mounts, tires, and suspension system. No service truck needed! We jacked up the rear axle, removed the damaged tires, chained up and secured the damaged axle, loaded the damaged tires into the trailer, fixed a couple air leaks, and towed it 60 miles to its destination. This type of specialized towing job is what we thrive on. We're equipped to make just about anything safe to go down the road on the hook.
