Im not totally done yet for the year.
Id like to do a bunch of water heater services.
1) flush the tank and spray clean any debris from inside
2) new anode, hand you a 2nd
3) pressure check
4) inspect heater element, clean flame sensor, clean burner
5) blow out
$175 I come to you within 25 miles
Beyond that $15 every extra 10miles

I started this business legitimately last March. I did this because I did teaser posts on market place about van building and Camper repair. If my posts were not booted they got great responses.
So I started South Park Van and camper repair. I expected based on responses, great business.
Doing just weekend work it wasn't enough. I couldn't fit enough time in due to family. So I planned on going fulltime. Quit my really good job as a commercial appliance tech, took my retirement and did this full time starting last month. Its been a month, and I have to call it quits.
I planned this out so well, I watched what all the other mobile techs are doing, was competitive rate wise, yet had more technical knowledge and more experiences than others.
Originally I wanted to be a van and camper customizing, car audio boutique. It wasn't getting as much attention so expanded to RV camper repairs.
Just nothing coming in. I've paid hundreds for advertising, I've reached many thousands, I get alot of messages alot of tire kicking, I do what I can to close deals. Nothing....
After quiting my job and spending thousands of my savings down to almost zero, I got to go....
I may come back in March, I'll be available some weekends if there is anyone needing anything. But thats a couple hours a week.
Im making my mind up Friday if im going back to my ex employer.
If anything big comes up, I'll hold off another week or 2 but I'm doubtful.
(I typed another book but deleted. This is shorter more to the point. )
