Feeling well prepared, they arrived at the airport two hours early like TSA recommended, and checked their luggage. That’s where the problems began...

“Ride did what enterprise wouldn't. We were Inna pinch as my jeep broke down n got a ride to enterprise the following day hoping they would help us out, I had concerns from the jump... enterprise told me that because for one we didn't have a credit card (had a debit card and cash) that we were not able to rent cuz we were renting outta state from our residency.... we live on the border of NC and VA so we work in VA yet live in NC so because of that fact we were turned down... disgruntled and lost having to get a ride there who had already left assuming there would be no issue we seemed to be outta luck. Luckily the nice young man working the desk informed us there was another rental car place down the street within walking distance. We strapped on our backpacks and decided to give it one last shot at this place knowing that if this didn't work out we were pretty screwed. Ride was the company and within 20 to 30 minutes we were put into a 2014 ford focus that drove like a dream. We rented the car out for 3 days hoping that would be the amount of time to fix our car for $450 with a $250 deposit that was refundable as long as you took it care of it which we did. All they ask is that you return the car with the gas amount you received it with and don't mess up the car which isn't a tall order. Ride (over enterprise) is the place to go in my suggestion” – B.S.
