This was a fun job!! Customer was looking to perform a few upgrades to his 2025 RZR XP. Here at RPGraphix I was more than happy to help accomplish that for him.

First he was looking to upgrade his suspension. As with many of the machine's out there the factory springs sag out causing lower ride heights, rougher riding and just minimal performance. So got him setup with a true dual rate spring kit from Shock Therapy. These kits make a huge difference is how the machine performs, it's comfort level and it helps fully restore your machine to proper ride height.

Next up was he was looking to get a little more power out of it and was hoping to try and find a way to cool it down in the cab some. No problem!! Got ya covered there as well. Got him setup with a performance tune from Evolution Powersports. Once he had dropped the machine off first thing I did was remove his ECU and got it shipped out to the masters over there at Evolution Powersports. They were able to get his ECU flashed and shipped back out to me in less than 24hrs. On its trip back I made to sure to have them include one of their premium high-flow air filters. As you could see in the photos is was packed pretty good with dust and debris. With the tune not only is his machine going to have better power, throttle response and overall performance but it also changes the cooling fan to come on at a lower temp (almost 25 degrees lower). This not only helps the engine perform better and helps keep it cool but it also helps keep temps inside the machine cooler by not having it get as hot!!! WINNING!!! So once they came back I got those installed and moved onto the next area....

At the time of this job he is running the factory tires still but he plans on going up to 32" tires. So, with that in mind and the added performance from the tune we wanted to make sure everything would work together to make the most power and get it to the ground. QSC Clutching -QuadShop Customs was the simple answer to make that happen. Got him setup with a killer clutch kit from Adam over at QSC Clutching -QuadShop Customs to help make sure his newly added power and his tires can put it down.... While I was in there cleaning up the clutches also noticed that his rollers in the secondary were not in the best of shape. So ordered him up a replacement roller set from Hunterworks Inc. to solve that issue. And I can assure you that when I test drove the machine....it was a very noticeable difference between factory and after it was tuned/clutched.

To top everything else off we went ahead and did a full fluid service on it as well using Maxima Racing Oils and he also had asked me to install a light bar he had purchased previously that he hadn't had a chance to. Again, not a problem!! Got ya covered!!!

So, as always, if you're in need of performance parts, wheels/tires, general maintenance, lighting, two way communications or nearly anything else for these machines......reach out and see what we have to offer you!!!

PS...... I almost forgot... Also needed his rear inner bushings on his upper radius rods replaced as well. Got him setup with All Balls Racing's replacement bushings to get those components fitting together like they should!!

This was a much "needed" upgrade. 2023 Can-Am Maverick Sport 1000 that came stock with 27" tires that are staggered sizes not allowing for the tires to be rotated to help get longer life from them. Not only that but they were also mounted on factory 12" wheels. This setup certainly can get the job done most of the time but limits you on tire life, durability and performance.

So...... in comes the new 14" Rocky Mountain ATVMC Tusk Cascade wheel wrapped in the new Sedona Trail RIPR 30x10x14 Tire. The Cascade wheel not only looks better but is a much stronger wheel assembly that can take the abuse of off-road riding. (I've seen many damaged factory 12" Can-Am wheels) The new Trail RIPR tires are designed to give you some serious grip on all types of surfaces yet still provide a smooth ride and good puncture resistance with their 8ply rating. This new wheel/tire package really changed the look of this machine for the better.

These machines are clutched ok from the factory but not great. So we also made sure to get a package together including a new clutch kit from QSC Clutching -QuadShop Customs. The new weight arms are contoured differently then the factory which allows for smoother engagement, better belt grip throughout the RPM range and better overall power delivery. (Sorry, I totally dropped the ball on getting photos of installing the kit...) All in all, this machine looks killer with the new wheel/tire package and performs even better with QSC Clutching -QuadShop Customs clutch kit!! Plus, the customer can easily be able to rotate tires to help get the longest life out of them!!

So, as always, if you're in "need" of new tires or are looking to get a bit more performance out of your machine......reach out and see what we have to offer you. We have many brands of wheels and tires to choose from!!! And if you're looking for performance upgrades whether clutch kits or tunes we have you covered there as well!! The season is getting shorter each day. Don't wait till it's over to upgrade your machine so it sits in garage till next season....take advantage now. packages are available!!!!

I get a lot of avid riders who say they could care less about having a radio in their machine.....They'd rather listen to the machine or often say, "The machine is so loud I couldn't hear it anyway"...

But I'd still rather have one than not. And this customer feels the same way. This 25 Ranger owner wanted to add something into his machine when he's out on his property working or clearing snow during winter months. And this SSV Works kit is a great solution for just that. Don't let its small size fool you. This has a hideaway amp that pumps out some good clean power!! And even though only a pair of speakers was installed it can easily power another pair if he ever wanted to add another set. The small display unit with included machine specific mount fit perfectly onto the factory cup holder panel. The MRB3 media controller from SSV Works gives you BT connectivity, AM/FM radio and an aux input allowing you several source audio options to choose from.

The custom designed 6.5" speaker enclosures were designed to fit right into the factory pockets in the dash keeping the overall install super clean. These enclosures loaded up with SSV Works 6.5" WP-A6 speakers they deliver good bass response and clean highs and vocals. It's a great 2 speaker kit designed for both the Ranger 1000 and Ranger XP1000 model machines. You def can't go wrong with this setup!!!

While it was here we also added a Kemimoto rear view mirror to help when backing up and making sure he didn't leave anybody behind!!

So, as always, if you're in the market to add some tunes into your machine feel free to reach out and see what we can offer you!!!! We have many brands to choose from and plenty of system design options as well!!!!

Had another CF Moto U10Pro come in to get some cab enclosure items installed. Customer had ordered SuperATV front glass and rear tinted plexi windshields and we got him setup with a killer pair of Team MSC by Trail Armor doors. Its amazing how much a couple accessories can totally change the look and feel of a machine. These accessories really made this machine look more aggressive and ready to tackle the trails. Everything fit and installed great. The windshields keyed into the profit cage nicely and provided good seals all around. The Team MSC door kit also installed very clean and didn't require a lot of adjustment to get them closing smooth and easy.

Overall even the customer couldn't believe how much these items changed the look of the machine and how much more comfortable (and safer) he'll be.

So, as always, if you're in the market for cab enclosure items or anything else you may need/want for your machine..... reach out to us today and see what options we have available for you and your machine!!

From golf carts to Vettes.....

This beauty came in for a much needed improvement in audio. The car is in great shape and amazingly still had the OE radio installed. So the customer had already purchased a "retro style" replacement radio made by Custom Autosound. He had also purchased a "rear sound bar" that looked good but...... Didn't really feel that it was goin to perform as good as it looked. And lastly he was wanting to add a small powered subwoofer option.

So after speaking with the customer and going over a few different options with him it was decided to nix the sound bar he had purchased and just go with replacement speakers all around and take advantage of adding a small powered sub solution. In the end install came out super clean and the audio sounds 100x better than it ever could have been stock. The mounting location for the powered sub allows room for the factory tops to still be stored in the rear cargo section behind the seats and offer optimum bass response. The Custom Autosound radio fit great into the factory dash and offered modern features like USB charging, BT and better audio control adjustments/power.

So, as always, if you're in the market for any kind of audio upgrade or replacement, reach out and see what RPGraphix can offer you. We have a large selection of quality audio brands to choose from and if its a case where you've already bought something but maybe are not comfortable installing it... reach out cause we can help you there too just like this customer!! Thank you as always!!

FORE!!!!! Well..... Four new tires/wheels, drive belt, starter belt, fuel filters, starter solenoid, throttle cables/linkages, reverse buzzer, air filter, full carb tear down/cleaning and oil/filter change.......got this Club Car ready to drive you to the Masters.... or at least anywhere in the campground....

Now, carts are not something that I typically work on but they are an option if someone needed one looked at. That's how this one started out. This was a referral and wanted to at least take a look at it to try and figure out what issues the cart had and advise the customer. Biggest issue was it would rarely turn over and if it did, starting was hard and would barely stay running. After a quick test of components found the starter/run relay was bad. Got that replaced along with a non functional reverse buzzer.. (found some nice signs of wildlife living it up behind the dash...made sure got that cleared out for the customer as well)

But that come to find out was kind of the least/easiest of the issues to address. Now that it would consistently crank it didn't run great and more importantly if you could keep it running long enough to drive...you were lucky to achieve about 3mph.... most could probably walk faster than this drove......

So, after a bit more diagnosing found it needed a bit more work and a couple more parts. Got them ordered up, got carb pulled off and gave it a good deep cleaning, gave it an oil/filter change, got all the new parts installed and got this cart running pretty much good as new. Also put on a full set of wheels/tires and gave it a much needed alignment too.

Now, from what I was told the only greens this cart is going to see is from the money to fix it and keep the tank full.....But it will do a great job of getting you to the local watering hole and the new tires should be able to get you out of any sand traps you may encounter along the way......

So, as always, if you've got a cart and it may be in need of some type of repair work, feel free to reach out. I don't do a lot with carts but if demand does peak I can certainly look into getting setup to accommodate more options/parts/ products for all you cart owners out there. Thank you as always!!!

These Rocky Mountain ATVMC Tusk Mud Force tires are one of my most popular "go to" tires for wheelers. As mentioned in previous posts these are a great all around tire for all types of terrain. Don't let the "mud" in the name dirty up what you think they can (or can't) do. They ride great, are reasonably priced and come in a large selection of sizes that are common on many ATV's out there.

These are wrapped around a brand new set of ITP Delta steel wheels. ITP has these simple yet durable wheels for those looking to replace damaged OE wheels or if looking to maybe have a spare set of wheels to have another set of tires mounted up on. These also come in a number of bolt patterns and back spacing designed to fit not only a large selection of wheelers but SxS's as well.

If you're in need for a new set of tires and/or wheels reach out to RPGraphix and see what options we can offer you. We have a large selection of brands to choose from... Sedona, Maxxis, ITP, Tusk, System3, Redline and many more!!

Several weeks back you may had seen a post for some much needed repairs on a 2003 Sportsman 600. In my focus of showing what was needed and the repairs performed I never actually took a photo of the machine itself. Well..... there were a few other things that the machine could have used but were not vital for how this customer anticipated using it. After having it for a few weeks he found himself using it a bit more than expected and wanted to address those other areas. So this time I made sure to get photos of the machine!!!! lol

The wheeler still had the original tires on it from 2003 and they were not holding air well at all. Plus the were starting to show signs of dry rot and the overall tread depth wasn't great for his needs. So we had initially spoke about getting new wheels and tires for it but I had said let me get the old tires off and see what kind of condition the wheels were in. As we were not 100% sure if they were leaking because the wheels had rusted around the bead area or if it was the tires themselves. (I did to a check when it was in the first time and we did know the air was leaking around the bead, again just unsure if from the tire, the wheel or possibly both)

Once I got the tires off I found the wheels were surprisingly in great shape minus a bunch of old "fix-a-flat" or something... So I went ahead and got them cleaned up and let him know we didn't need to go the whole new wheel and tire route unless he really wanted to get new wheels on it. So he stayed with the factory wheels and everything worked out great. Rocky Mountain ATVMC Tusk Mud Force tires got wrapped around the OG wheels. These are great affordable tires they perform well on many types of terrain and actually ride quite smooth on pavement/hard pack surfaces too!!.

Another area he wanted to address was the speedometer was not working. In order to help keep better track of mileage for service intervals and to monitor speed he decided to have us find where the issue lied. Luckily it was not the main display unit, just simply the speed sensor itself. So we got that replaced and everything worked great in the cluster from there.

Lastly was the independent rear brake system. In this machine the hand brake actually applies braking power to both the front and rear calipers. The foot brake allows control to just the rear caliper itself. And when testing it found that the master cylinder for the rear foot brake was bad. It would grab for a moment and then loose braking power but there was no leaks and was not bleeding over into the other side of the caliper that the front hand brake controlled. So, ended up getting a whole new master cylinder, reservoir and line. Bled that out to get it set and also made sure to flush out the fluid from the hand brake system as well. Machine stops 100x better from either braking option.

That's a wrap on this one! Couple quick fixes to get this machine running (well... technically stopping) better, some fresh new tires and a speed sensor swap and good to go!!

So, as always if you're in need of service or repairs don't hesitate to reach out and see what we can offer you. We can service many makes and models of machines and have options to get either OEM parts of aftermarket. Have a great one!!

This Ridge came back in for some added protection and some regular maintenance. Customer had purchased the OEM Kawasaki nerf bars and was in need of having them installed. In addition he had purchased his preferred oils and asked if I could do the service using them. Not a problem!!

The Kawasaki bars fit great and certainly add some protection to the lower part of the machine. Keeping up on your maintenance is key to keep these machines running their best.

So, as always, if you're in need of some maintenance on your machine or looking to add on accessories, reach out and see what options RPGraphix has for you!!!
