🔴 Automotive Collision Technician
🔴 Shop Hand

As our business continues to grow, we’re excited to open two full-time positions at our family-owned collision repair shop. These opportunities are available because members of our team have advanced into new roles, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as we continue to grow.

Automotive Collision Technician Responsibilities:
• Perform quality collision repairs on damaged vehicles
• Repair and replace body panels and components
• Prepare vehicles for paint and reassembly
• Work as part of a team while maintaining a clean, safe workspace

Shop Hand Responsibilities:
• Assisting collision technicians
• Opening and closing the shop
• Cleaning and organizing the shop
• Washing and detailing vehicles
• General shop support

These positions offers room for advancement for someone interested in building a long-term career in the automotive collision industry.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience is strongly preferred and will be given priority in the hiring process, although not required
• We are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow with our company
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Dependable, committed, and looking for a long-term career

Position Details:
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• WEEKENDS OFF ✅
• Competitive pay based on experience (DOE)

We offer a positive, team-oriented work environment and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8AM-5PM.

Previous experience with sandblasting or powder coating is preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to be part of a hardworking team!

We are specifically seeking someone interested in a long-term position and growing with the company.

Pay is based on experience.

Position: Body man, Paint prep hand and Shop cleaning & maintenance, vehicle detailing, assisting technicians with vehicle repairs, and lots of other responsibilities.

Pay: Varies on skills & abilities

Schedule: Full time employee (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) closed Saturday/Sunday

Vehicle/shop experience is recommended but NOT required. This position is incredibly busy and requires attention to detail and the ability to work well with others here at Outlaw. If the automotive collision industry interests you, this is a great position to learn from and a good career builder.
