Good morning, all! As we have made mention many times over the years, sailing/boating season never ends at Sale Creek! We have always had the heartiest of boaters here! That said, we will be implementing new hours of operation during the fall and winter months. Effective November 1, 2024 through March 1, 2025 office and fuel dock hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. Happy new year!!!! It has been awhile since our last post but just wanted to remind everyone that after a holiday break, we resume the renowned Shackleton Series tomorrow, Saturday, January 8th! Yes, we still do this... and for fun, too! What kind of conditions do we anticipate for tomorrow's gala event? Well as you know, January in southeast Tennessee can bring just about anything. Greetings everyone!

Once again, it is that time of year, The Shackleton Series returns for its 20th season! But as we all know, it is always sailing season here at Sale Creek! This year we want to see more of you on the water! Even if you are not into racing, come on out and sail the course with us, as a non race participant. Or just sail in the vicinity. The more boats on the water, the more fun it is, whether we are racing or just leisurely sailing along! And as always, you may offer your crewing services on another boat. Remember we sail regardless of conditions (mostly) so remember to dress and provision accordingly for the forecast. Our sailing courses are generally designed to be sailed in 2-3 hours, but conditions can sometimes can alter those plans.

February 26

Skipper's meetings will be at 10:00 a.m. each day at which we will announce the course and starting time. It is all about having fun and getting out and simply enjoying sailing! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you all out on the water!
