A NOTICE TO WEST TEXAS PROJECT WORKERS AND CONTRACTORS

Happy Camper RV Repair is proud to support the men and women working on wind farms, solar projects, data centers, oilfield sites, and other major construction projects throughout West Texas.

Unfortunately, we have recently experienced several customers accepting completed RV repairs and then failing or refusing to pay their invoices. As a small, single-operator mobile business, I cannot continue absorbing unpaid labor, mileage, parts, and service-call expenses.

Effective immediately:

• Call-out fees and mileage may be required before dispatch.
• Special-order and customer-specific parts must be paid for in advance.
• Remaining balances are due when service is completed and before the technician leaves.
• Additional failures, customer tampering, improper hookups, misuse, or damage occurring after equipment has been demonstrated as operational will require a new paid service call.
• Payment arrangements must be approved in writing before work begins.

This notice is not directed at any particular company, employer, or project. Most of the traveling workers we serve are honest, hardworking people, and we sincerely appreciate their business. These changes are necessary because a small local company cannot continue providing dependable mobile service while carrying unpaid personal accounts.

If you manage a wind, solar, data-center, or construction workforce in this area, Happy Camper RV Repair would welcome the opportunity to become a recommended service provider or establish direct corporate billing for company-authorized repairs.

We want to keep helping West Texas workers stay comfortable and keep their RVs operational—but completed work must be paid for.

Our service truck is currently down for repairs, which has put us a little behind schedule. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we get it taken care of.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who attended my dad’s service, sent condolences, called, texted, prayed for our family, or showed support in any way. Your kindness has meant more to me and my family than I can put into words.

The past couple of months have been extremely difficult and unpredictable, and I know that has affected my schedule and response times. I truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and grace my customers have shown me throughout everything.

I’m beginning to get back into the swing of things, and my schedule is becoming much more stable than it has been recently. I’ll be working to follow up with everyone, get appointments back on track, and return to providing the dependable service you expect from Happy Camper RV Repair.

LET ME SAY THIS PLAINLY:

leaving a fake or dishonest review to damage a small business because of some personal grudge—real, imagined, or completely unrelated to the business—is a coward’s move.

Reviews are supposed to describe an actual experience with the business. They are not weapons for settling personal scores or taking your problems out on somebody who is working long hours and trying to make an honest dollar.

You don’t have to like me personally. But lying about Happy Camper RV Repair to damage my name and livelihood crosses a line. If your complaint has nothing to do with work I performed, it has no business being posted as a business review.

Anybody who does that ought to be ashamed of their du***ss self. It doesn’t make you look tough or important—it makes you look small, dishonest, and like less of a man for trying to tear down somebody who is actually working for what he has.

This is not about silencing legitimate criticism. If you have a genuine issue involving my work, contact me directly and give me an opportunity to address it. But fake reviews, made-up claims, and personal attacks will be documented and reported.

I’ll continue working, serving my customers, and earning my reputation honestly. Your lies say far more about your character than they ever will about my business.
