Inside Cadillac’s Formula 1® Data Powerhouse: Every Millisecond Counts
In Formula 1®, speed is about more than what happens on the track. The Cadillac Formula 1® Team’s MAC-26 race car collects massive amounts of data in real time, helping engineers analyze performance and find every possible competitive advantage.
With more than 10 miles of wiring estimated inside the car, sensors monitor everything from tire pressure and engine output to airflow and vehicle movement. This information is shared with engineers at the track and across facilities in Silverstone, England, and Charlotte, North Carolina, supporting real-time decisions and preparations for future races.
Discover how technology, teamwork, and split-second insights are helping drive Cadillac’s Formula 1® ambitions. 🏁
