This is a intake / exhaust manifold that has an internal crack that was letting water leak into the engine and hydrolock it. It cracked from improper winterization. We decided to cut it open just to see why it failed.

This is a intake / exhaust manifold that came in on a boat motor that was improperly winterized. We checked it and found that it had an internal crack and was no longer able to be used. We took this opportunity to cut it open to see why it failed.

This is just the beginning of what we will now start to see from boats that were improperly winterized.
