MEET THE MECHANICS | CHUCK 🔧

Some experience simply can’t be taught.

Chuck has been part of T&A Auto Service since 1989 — which means for more than 37 years, he’s been helping keep Sioux Falls drivers on the road.

Over those decades, vehicles have changed dramatically. Technology has changed. The industry has changed. But Chuck’s commitment to his work and to T&A has remained the same.

His longevity speaks for itself. He is incredibly knowledgeable, dependable, and the kind of technician whose experience comes from decades of diagnosing problems, solving them, and doing the job right.

We’re fortunate to have that level of knowledge under our roof — but even more fortunate to have the loyalty of someone who has chosen to make T&A his home for nearly four decades.

When we talk about the history behind T&A Auto Service, Chuck is a pretty big part of it.

We’re proud to introduce you to one of the familiar faces behind the work.

Meet Chuck.

This or that with Mark, the owner of T&A Auto Service. Sioux Falls SD.

Behind T&A Auto Service is a family, a lot of hard work, and a business we’re incredibly proud to call ours.

Mark’s journey with T&A started in 2016 after returning to Sioux Falls from the North Dakota oil fields. Deb came from a completely different world, spending years in the medical field working as a nurse.

In April 2021, we took a leap and purchased T&A Auto Service from its original owners. Since then, what started as an auto repair business has grown into so much more.

We purchased the property, continued growing T&A, expanded our team, and eventually transformed the other half of the building into another family-owned business — Von-Rae Salon Suites.

But behind the businesses, we’re simply Mark and Deb — husband and wife, business partners, and parents to four pretty incredible kids. Which is a huge part of why we work as hard as we do.

T&A isn’t owned by a corporation or an investment group. It’s owned by a local family who lives here, raises our kids here, employs people here, invests here, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through our doors.

We know you have choices when it comes to auto repair in Sioux Falls. That’s why we’ve always believed our job is bigger than fixing vehicles. It’s about earning trust, treating people fairly, standing behind our work, and creating the kind of business we’d want our own family to walk into.

When you support T&A Auto Service, you’re supporting our mechanics, our employees, our family, and a locally owned Sioux Falls business that we hope will be here for generations to come.

This is the family behind T&A Auto Service. And we’re pretty proud of what we’re building.
