Is this a reasonable price?

I’m extremely new to car ownership so any/all advice is much appreciated! I decided to take my 2023 Hyundai Elantra into the dealership to get some repairs. Listed above is the price for a single flat tire change, 2 filters, throttle adjustment, and an alignment. Is this a typical or should I take it to a smaller car repair shop nearby rather than the dealership? Keep in mind these prices are for Southern California, Los Angeles County. Just got an oil change and they told me I need to do all this…

Went to Jiffy L**e for an oil change and they told me I need to do all of this stuff. I really don’t know much about cars and would super appreciate some advice on everything here.

Obviously the air filter and coolant top off I can do myself. The things that concern me are the spark plug and belt thing. Do I actually need to do something about this or are they like lying? Also how urgent are these things if I do need to fix them?

For reference, I drive a 2015 Buick Verano at 116,000 miles with a 2.4 L 4 Cylinder engine.
