Burger Motorsports all-new transmission oil cooler for the 2022+ Toyota Tundra 3.4L twin turbo.

Double the cooling capacity of the factory cooler, and one more quart of ATF in the system.

The cooler is air to ATF and attaches at the OEM transmission thermostat.

Strongly suggested for any Tundra that tows, goes off road, runs more power than stock, or lives in a hot climate.

90 inch -10AN lines, billet -10AN adapters, laser cut aluminum bracket, and all the mounting hardware.

Does not fit hybrid models.

Direct injection is why the 3.3T runs out of fuel on E85.

One high pressure pump feeding six injectors in the chamber, and ethanol takes roughly a third more fuel volume than pump gas for the same amount of air.

The kit puts a 1 inch billet spacer between the intake manifold and the lower runner plenum, with an injector aimed down each runner on its own pump, filter, regulator and return line. Fuel control and atomization happen per cylinder, behind the valve.

Ours made 783 whp on full E85 with this kit, upgraded turbos and the stage 3 low pressure system. High and low side fuel pressure stayed flat through every JB4 map.

We recommend port injection for builds targeting above 500 whp.

It runs off a JB4PRO, and the included ethanol sensor replaces your factory Kia flex fuel sensor since the line routing changes.

Genesis G70, G80 and G90 3.3T as well.

Does bypassing the dynamic pressure turbo solenoid on the Mazda 2.5T hurt power?

Map 1, solenoid connected - 213 whp / 339 wtq
Map 1, solenoid bypassed - 206 whp / 334 wtq

Same pull, same fuel, back to back. The curves overlay.

What the solenoid controls: the 2.5T runs a 4-3-1 exhaust manifold cast into the head, with three valves sitting right in front of the turbine. Below about 1620 rpm those valves close and force the exhaust through the smaller ports, which raises gas velocity and lights the turbo earlier. Past 1620 rpm they open and the exhaust gets the full port area.

Some tuners pull the vacuum line to smooth out power delivery and always wondered what impact it has on peak torque and spool speed.

Save this before you pull that line.
