That’s one funky, gunky water pump!

All that nasty stuff shouldn’t be in there, and it’s clear our customer needs some new parts.

So, how do you know if your water pump is going bad? The water pump in your vehicle helps to circulate coolant, keeping your engine cool. While there are many reasons your engine might overheat, your engine overheating is one of the biggest signs your car’s thermostat, and possibly the water pump has gone bad.

You might also see coolant leaks, hear a loud whirring, chirping, or squealing noise coming from the engine. Don’t ignore these signs! Significant engine damage can occur if ignored.

These tires were on their absolute last leg 😬.

Not only is the tread super low, but threads showing means this tire is absolutely a goner. At this point, they’re lucky they didn’t experience a blowout.

We try our best to make sure when you bring your vehicle to us, you know you’re bringing it to a shop you can trust. You also know our prices are fair, and we take pride in our honesty.

I’m not gonna lie, reviews like this are a huge bummer to see. We do our due diligence to show you our process. From the moment your vehicle is brought into our garage bays, you see our process through our digital vehicle inspections. We take photos and video, texted to your phone, so you can see exactly what we’re seeing. No repair is performed without your consent.

It’s important to us that our community continues to trust us, which is why we’re sharing this with you. We will always be transparent with our customers. That’s our promise to you. If we recommend a repair, we show you exactly why your vehicle needs it, like in the case of this customer’s lower control arm. We don’t know if the next mechanic they brought their vehicle to missed this, but we didn’t.

The Northstar motor strikes fear in most mechanics! It’s a transverse v8 front wheel drive, engineered by formula 1. It goes in older GM’s.

This is a 94 Cadillac Deville.

Our customer went to 3 different shops trying to get his rear main seal replaced, and everyone said no, it’s not worth it, etc.

Finally the last shop said, “the only ones who I would trust to take this on is Aspen Hill Exxon.” 💪
