We are proud to bring to the market our 1 piece 6061-T6 rear differential mounts. Our mounts were machined on a 5-axis by an ISO 9001+ rated shop. These mounts were rigorously engineered in house to fit like a glove while optimizing the most material possible around the sub assemblies.
FEA analysis was done to compare competitors’ designs that have existed in the past, yielding a 40% reduction in bending stress across the base of the rear mount, and 37% reduction in the more general Von Mises stress (on set load configurations based on the twisting of the driveshaft during launching environment).
All dimensional data was pulled from aerospace certified Mitutoyo CMM while measured in a temperature controlled room. Additionally, Hexagon 3D scan overlay was completed to ensure fitment against the OEM bushings (since their rubber). All new OEM mounts were measured.
It was noticed competitors’ designs were not accurately machined to OEM nominal dimensions, thus we HIGHLY recommend buying these as a set together at our special bundle price of $750.
The mounts come with industry trusted quality Prothane bushings, custom 316 stainless steel sleeves, and all required 10.9 grade zinc plated hardware.
