CERTIFIED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN WANTED
PAY IS FLAT RATE / COMMISSION-BASED WITH BONUSES!

We are hiring a Certified Automotive Technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at
a high level — not just swap parts and hope for the best.
You will report to leadership that knows the difference between a real tech and a parts changer,
and you’ll be expected to perform every day.
What This Job Really Is:
● You will diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
● You will handle heavy line, drivability, electrical, and complex diagnostic work
● You will be expected to flag strong hours consistently, not just show up
● You will own the repair from inspection → diagnosis → repair → final quality check
● You will be measured on productivity, efficiency, comebacks, and quality of work —
not excuses
What You MUST Already Be Able To Do:
● Diagnose vehicle concerns without guessing
● Perform repairs correctly the first time
● Handle electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, brake, HVAC, and diagnostic
work
● Use scan tools, service information, and proper test procedures
● Turn hours consistently while maintaining quality and low comeback rates
● Communicate clearly with advisors and management on needed repairs
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
● 2–4+ years of professional automotive technician experience
● You’ve personally completed diagnostic and repair work — not just oil changes and
tire rotations
● You know how to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
● You show up on time, work hard, and take pride in your work
● You move fast, think critically, and don’t make excuses
