Does your teen get enough sleep during the summer? Sleep is essential for safe driving! It is recommended that teens get 8-10 hours of sleep at night for optimal health and safety. According to the Nation Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 1,105 bicyclists were killed in traffic crashes in 2022. Teen Courses are required to provide of 30 hours of classroom instruction followed by 8 hours of individualized behind-the-wheel instruction to your student.
