I am happy to be able to announce our current **Mobile Home Move-In Special**!! If you are interested in moving your mobile home into our park we are offering a flat rate $1500 moving and set up cost by a licensed mobile home mover! We are also offering 3 months of free lot rent to go along with this unbelievable moving cost in order to help our customers with moving expenses. This offer is for singlewide homes only as we can not accommodate doublewide homes.

We also offer *Rentals* and *Rent to Own* homes as well!!
