Another memory from the way back machine. Hand polished frame and then clear powder coated.

This is bike owner and frame builer Doug Horner from VMC Frames and myself recieving the 1st place in class award at the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Concourse Bike show. It's been a few years ago. This Blue bike was commissioned by Doug to show off what at that time was his new racing frame buisness.
This bike recieved a handfull of 1st place trophys. And has been raced a few times in Ahrma competition.

Just finished installing a Brown sidestand on a 60s BMW /2 R69US.
I purchased it from Bench Mark Works. Good guys. Anyhow I gotta say this thing is great. Really well thought out design and high quality. Only took 45 minutes to install,and get this,,,,no grinding, welding,drilling, bending required. Take it out of the box and bolt it on. Bam...done.
And if all that weren't enough it works. It's light years better than the one stand.

George and Bonnie Fitz of Keystone Racing. Stopping for a visit enroute to Mid Ohio. George was famous for fast fast bikes and Bonnie was even more famous in the pits for her chocolate chip cookies. I was able to meet all the top racers in the US and many top European racers as they all came looking for those incredible cookies.

At Mid-Ohio early 90s I think. Working with Keystone Racing, a top 5 AMA Endurance team back when there was such a thing. Great bunch of people and huge ton of fun.

Haven't posted anything for awhile.
I have been seeing bikes brought in and even one in a parking lot the other day with flat or nearly flat tires. As you can imagine this is pretty dang dangerous.
Take a minute and check the owner's manual and check your air pressure often. Good tire gauges can be picked up for just a few bucks at Wal-Mart or other fine shopping establishments.
Now check them tires and go for a ride.

Just finishing up a Kiwi Indian electric start kit on a 47 Chief. I really like the way it's designed and it fit very nice. Looking forward to finishing the details to test it and go for a ride.

A potential client sent me this picture of his Uncle. He wanted me to build a tribute bike just like this one. Pity it didn't work out.
