I challenge anyone who thinks we over charge the insurance companies more to come by our office and I will provide you all the info and help you call corporate Safelite and help you understand why you are wrong in a very non aggressive manner and if I'm wrong I'll give you $100 for your time.
And this goes for anyone who does not understand my job. We all make the same, except for Safelite, who actually gets a large chunk of our money from the insurance companies.
How we decide to use our marketing money is up to each company. We choose to share our marketing money with our customers, while several of our competitors give a lot of it to the radio stations.
