Are you a seasoned heavy diesel parts pro who lives and breathes Cummins, Caterpillar, and Detroit performance upgrades? Do you have the management experience to run a high-volume counter operation while helping truckers, fleets, service centers, and performance enthusiasts end downtime and boost their power?
If you know your way around ISX Signature turbos, C15 Acert conversions, Series 60 manifolds, in-frame rebuild kits, and everything in between — we want to talk to you.
At BPS Diesel, we’re not your average parts house. We’re a full-service diesel performance shop and one of the fastest growing diesel manufacturers world-wide right here in Shoemakersville, PA. In-house chassis dyno, complete mechanical service bays, and a laser-focused lineup of premium turbo kits, exhaust manifolds, piston upgrades, and overhaul components that we make ourselves or partner with the best manufacturers.
This isn’t just a counter job. You’ll be the face of BPS Diesel — the go-to expert our customers trust when their rig is down and they need the right part now. You’ll also bring your management experience to streamline inventory, optimize ordering, mentor counter staff, and keep our fast-paced operation running at peak performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✅ Handle high-volume counter sales, phone orders & walk-ins with speed and accuracy
✅ Provide expert recommendations on performance parts for Detroit Series 60, Cummins ISX, Caterpillar C15/3406 & more
✅ Manage parts inventory, supplier/manufacturer relationships & special orders
✅ Use your leadership skills to support the parts department’s daily operations and team
✅ Work side-by-side with our on-site mechanics and dyno team
✅ Help drive sales growth while living our “End Downtime” philosophy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
✅ 5+ years heavy-duty diesel parts experience — you MUST know these engines and performance upgrades inside and out
✅ Proven management or leadership experience in a parts department or similar operation
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and passion for diesel performance
✅ Excellent customer service skills — calm under pressure and love helping truckers get back on the road
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
✅ Reliable, professional, and ready to represent a brand that stands for quality and results
