Dear friend of many, CJ Humphreys, will be missed by us all. The upcoming races this Saturday, May 6th, at Placerville Speedway will help honor the legendary racer.
A memorial lap and more will be conducted during opening ceremonies on Saturday with several family members in attendance. The long-time Rescue, CA resident ranks fifth in all-time Winged 360 Sprint Car victories at Placerville Speedway, having netted 25 career triumphs.

The most recent event saw the Silva Motorsports Inc. Bonus Money go to A-main winner Justin Sanders, along with final finisher Chris Humphreys. Sanders took home an extra $100 and Humphreys earned an extra $57.

The bonus will again be up for grabs with the Thompson’s Winged 360s this Saturday at John Padjen Kids Bike Night brought to you by the Pizza Factory.

Thank you to Silva Motorsports Inc. for the award once again, all in honor of our 57th season!
