With all the excitement today I forgot to get a picture of our Mini Car Show entries 😭 however, our entries were:
Kellan with a 1957 Corvette
Lielie with a 1955 Bel Air
Falyn with a 2011 Camaro (odd resemblance to Steve Scott’s Camaro 😉)
Jayden with a 1970 Roadrunner
Kylee with a 1956 Chevy pickup
Kennedy with a z28 Camaro
Jacob with a 1971 Maverick Grabber
Levi with a Ford Thunderbolt
Violet with a 1971 Charger

And the winner of today’s Mini Car Show people’s choice award was Jayden with his 1970 Roadrunner. Congratulations Jayden and thank you to everyone that participated!

Thank you so much to everyone that came out today to support the car show! We know there are lots of things going on which just makes the great turnout today that much better. It was great to see all the incredible machines parked on Main Street today, and thank you to the vendors and businesses that were open for us today as well. Can’t wait to see everyone again next year!

Tomorrow is the big day!! Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow for the Sherwood Car Show! Bring out your cars, pickups, motorcycles, tractors, and kids remember to bring out your favorite matchbox/hot wheels car to enter our mini car show as well! Come on out to support the community and admire the hard work put in to these machines!

Only 2 more days until the Car Show!! Bring out your cars, pickups, tractors, and motorcycles this Saturday! There will be fun for the whole family: vendor show in the Legion Hall, a mini car show for kids featuring their favorite matchbox/hot wheels cars, music and more!!

Due to scheduling issues, we will not be having the rib cook off and bounce houses this weekend. Anyone wanting to still make pies for the pie auction is still welcome to, kids are still encouraged to bring their favorite matchbox/hot wheels cars for the mini car show, and food will still be available from the Rivers Edge Café. Sorry for the inconvenience

Looking for teams to join the rib cook off going on with the car show June 11th! $350 buy in with ribs provided. Ribs can be picked up June 10th, cooking to be done the 11th at the car show. Reward dependent on number of teams signed up. Please sign up by June 8th.

Also looking for anyone willing to bake pies for a silent auction. All proceeds from rib cook off and pie auction will go towards the 2023 Sherwood all school reunion
