Broken rod? We can fix that ๐Ÿ‘Œ This is one of a pair of cylinders that came in for new seals. On closer inspection one side had an issue that was causing it to bottom out, and that led to it snapping the end of the rod. We machined a new one, threaded the piston end, and transferred the eyelet over with a healthy of dose of amperage on the TIG table.

It's time for America's favorite game show: ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜'๐˜€ ๐—œ๐—ป ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฆ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น ๐—•๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ธ? Did you guess right? ๐Ÿถ This engine had been rebuilt and was put in storage for several years, so we gave it a thorough once-over. Turns out, mice had converted the block into a spacious home complete with bird seed and dog food insulation. After full prep work, the block was clean and ready for re-assembly.

Arctic Cat? Yep, we work on those! This customer's side-by-side ingested some sand while out playing, so we gave it a full once-over including a valve job and fresh resurfacing to make sure it's healthy and ready for the next adventure. Check out that โœจshineโœจ

It's with our hydraulic table doing the heavy lifting on this cylinder ๐Ÿ’ช The nuts on these can be torqued to extremes, and are also frequently loctited for added security. Our hydraulic wrench makes quick work of these, helping us get our customers back on jobsite fast.

More POWAH! This Chevy 292 straight-6 will be breathing easier thanks to larger 1.94" intake valves put in during the valve job. We cut the valve seats to the larger size and blended the larger cut into the port for maximum effciency.

๐ŸงŠ Rollin' in my 5.0 ๐ŸงŠ Ok, technically this one was just a 302 when it was built in 1968, but the same basic engine design continued all the way to Vanilla Ice's beloved fox body Mustang. This one was still original down to the FoMoCo stamped bearings when it came in. We gave it the full treatment including complete cleaning, decking the gasket surfaces, bore and hone to .030" over, and final prep with fresh cam bearings and freeze plugs. Soon it will be back on the road in a classic F-100!

This unique hydraulic cylinder piston suffered a catastrophic failure, which led to a blown seal and a machine taken offline. Luckily we have the tools and knowledge to build a new one, and took this situation from "No bueno" to "Bueno"!
