As 2025 ends, we are reflecting on what has been yet another turbulent year in the trucking industry. After working through the crazy Covid period, our industry has been hit with the longest freight recession in many decades. We have all seen major trucking companies fall, along with tens of thousands of smaller trucking companies. When you sprinkle in some tariff uncertainties for good measure, it made for an interesting year!
Despite the challenges, there has been so much to be thankful for. We are so appreciative of our amazing customers who have stood with us. We couldn't do what we do without our strong vendors, many of whom we have had relationships with for decades. No matter what anyone says, we still believe the trucking industry is built on relationships. AI and other developing technologies will certainly play a significant role in our future, but strong relationships will remain the foundation on which it is built.
We are also thankful for the incredible group of employees we consider our family. The trucking industry isn't the easiest industry to work in, and when you throw in all the challenges we face, it can seem daunting at times. Despite the headwinds, our team has continued to work diligently each day to ensure our customers receive their products and trucks are repaired so they can keep on rolling!
The fact remains that this industry has stepped up and delivered when the country needed us. Historically, folks have taken for granted what you do every day. Despite the challenges we face, we are all there to deliver. We are so proud to be a part of this industry, and work with amazing folks like you.
Thank you for being a part of the Graham family, because without you we are nothing. We hope each of you has a wonderful holiday season and look forward to celebrating what we feel certain will be a great New Year!
All the best,
Brett and Debbie Graham
