We specialize in modular homes! Do you know the difference between a modular home and a manufactured home?
Modular homes are built in accordance to the same local and state building codes as traditional stick-built houses then affixed to a permanent foundation. They are highly customizable and often set in sections.
Manufactured homes are built to federal standards and permanently attached to a steel frame, allowing them to be relocated.
