🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the parts department (ordering, receiving, organizing inventory)
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Handle customer intake and job check-ins
Maintain organized records and paperwork
Support day-to-day office operations
General shop support as needed
