🏁 WHAT A WEEKEND AT FLAT ROCK! 🏁
The Flat Rock RC Speedway Late Model Shootout Presented by GroundScapesUS is officially in the books, and what a race it turned out to be!
🔥 61 Late Models across FIVE classes showed up to battle on the Flat Rock clay!
🏆 20 Open Late Models came looking for the title and the $1,200 payday, while another 18 cars in 13.5 Late Model battled for the top spot.
And the speed was absolutely INCREDIBLE.
The track record was broken multiple times throughout the event — including during the heat of the day in Q2 — but when everything was finished, Ryan Ralph put his name at the top of the board with an unbelievable:
⏱️ 3.775 SECOND LAP!
That earned Ryan the overall Flat Rock track record and the HLD $100 Track Record Bounty! 💰🔥
But Ryan wasn't finished.
He went on to WIN THE B-MAIN, earning his transfer into the Open Late Model A-Main. From there, he completed the charge all the way to the TOP SPOT, taking home the Open Late Model Shootout title and the BIG $1,200 CHECK! 🏆💰
And we can't talk about this weekend without recognizing our support-class racers!
You guys came out and put on a show of your own. The 360 Sprint and Open Sprint classes SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT, with great fields and some awesome racing throughout the event. 🔥
To ALL of our support-class racers, thank you for being a huge part of the weekend. The Late Models may have been the headliner, but it takes every class and every racer in the pits to make an event like this special. 🏁
