Bruce Hebble had a hole in one tonight on #14. Our Twilight league started the season tonight at Oak Tree. John Medley was there to witness the moment. Great seeing you all tonight and big Congratulations to Bruce. So excited for you.

Hello fellow golfers! Our Shelby Crossing project is moving along very well despite the continued cold, wet weather. The back nine is being prepped this week for seed with the front nine following shortly. We are repairing paths and smoothing/ leveling areas, fixing drainage issues etc. Our crews are working diligently to get open for play as soon as possible. No one wants to be open more than we do and we are doing everything in our power to make that happen. Thank you for your continued patience and support.

Our sister course, Oak Tree is introducing two new leagues. The Rising Sun Women's League will begin play on Monday, May 4th, and the Rising Sun Men's League will begin play on Wednesday, May 6th. Both leagues are looking for more players.

Good afternoon golfers! As many of you are aware, we are undergoing a major renovation at Shelby Crossing this spring. Although it currently looks like a war zone, our project is coming along nicely. Despite all the rumors, we will have the course open soon (weather pending). Crews are coming next week to add dirt and grass seed. We will continue to post updates on this page. For your safety, please refrain from walking on the course; we are not open and it is a dangerous active construction site. We look forward to see you all this spring.

While we work tirelessly to get SC in the best possible shape for the upcoming season, our sister courses Oak Tree and Little Apple will be opening this Friday, 3/6. Their schedules will be weather depending and they will continue to post updates on any conflicts. Any members who purchases a SC membership for the 2026 season will be able to play at any of our courses while we continue to complete our work here at SC. Once again, we truly appreciate all of your patience with us! ⛳️

After a long awaited winter we will be opening this FRIDAY 3/6/26 at 8AM!! ☀️⛳️
Our spring schedule is all weather pending and we will be sure to post any updates on here if we will be closed due to weather. Please call ahead to book any tee times for this weekend. We are looking forward to spending our 2026 season with all of you! 🥳
