🌟 Transforming Cars Back to Their Best: A Customer Story! 🌟

We recently welcomed a customer who was unhappy with the appearance of his car and wanted to make it look brand new again. At K&D Auto Spa, we specialize in restoring vehicles to their former glory, and this transformation is a perfect example!

Here’s what we did:

Paint Correction Services: Our team performed expert polishing and paint correction to remove scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections. We restored the car’s glossy finish, making it shine like it just left the showroom!

High-Quality Ceramic Coating: After perfecting the paint surface, we applied a premium ceramic coating. This protective layer adds exceptional durability, enhances gloss, and provides long-lasting protection against UV rays, dirt, and contaminants. Say goodbye to frequent washes!

20% Ceramic Window Tint: To complete the transformation, we installed 20% ceramic window tint. This not only gives the car a sleek appearance but also reduces heat and glare, improving comfort while driving. Plus, it offers additional UV protection for the interior!

The result? A stunning vehicle that exceeded our customer’s expectations and left him thrilled with his car’s new look!

🔑 WE JUST DRAGGED A SHARP KEY ACROSS THE PAINT… 😳

Sounds crazy, right?

There’s Paint Protection Film (PPF) between that key and the paint.
In this video, we scratch directly across the PPF with a key, then lift the film to reveal the paint underneath.

➡️ NO SCRATCHES. NO MARKS.
The PPF took the abuse so the paint didn't have to.
🛡️Now think about what your vehicle encounters every day — rocks, gravel, road debris, bugs, and everything else being thrown at the front end at highway speeds.
If quality PPF can take abuse from a sharp key and leave the paint underneath untouched, imagine why we recommend it for protecting high-impact areas from everyday road hazards.

⚠️ PPF isn't indestructible, but it's a sacrificial layer designed to take damage instead of your paint.

That's the whole point.
Damage the film. Not the factory paint. 💪

😳 FROM SCRATCHED & SWIRLED TO THIS…

This 2020 Chevy Silverado came into K&D Auto Spa with years of scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections taking away from the finish.

Instead of simply covering it up, we went after the problem properly. 👊

✨ Paint Correction — removing and reducing years of scratches and swirls to restore clarity, depth, and gloss
💎 Ceramic Coating — locking in that freshly corrected finish while adding long-term protection, slickness, and easier maintenance
🛡️ Hood PPF — adding Paint Protection Film to one of the highest-impact areas to help defend against rock chips and road debris
The difference is HUGE. 🔥

And this is exactly why paint correction before ceramic coating matters. Ceramic coating doesn't magically remove scratches — the paint needs to be properly corrected first if you want results like this.

Think your truck's paint is too far gone? You might be surprised by what we can bring back.

🔥 2026 Corvette Z06 — Serious Performance Deserves Serious Protection

This 2026 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 came into K&D Auto Spa for the complete treatment. With a car built to perform like this, we wanted to make sure the finish was properly prepared and protected before the miles started adding up.

This Z06 received:
🛡️ Paint Protection Film (PPF) – helping protect vulnerable areas from rock chips, road debris, bugs, and the damage that comes with actually driving the car.
✨ Paint Correction – refining the finish and removing imperfections to bring out maximum clarity, depth, and gloss.
💎 Ceramic Coating – adding long-lasting protection, incredible gloss, hydrophobic properties, and a surface that's much easier to keep clean.
☀️ Ceramic Window Tint – reducing heat and glare, providing UV protection, and giving this Z06 an even more aggressive finished look.

A Corvette Z06 wasn't built to sit in the garage. PPF protects against the physical damage, while ceramic coating helps preserve that freshly corrected finish and makes maintenance easier.

The end result? A 2026 Corvette Z06 that's ready to be driven while looking absolutely incredible.

If you're looking for Corvette PPF, ceramic coating, paint correction, or ceramic window tint in Shelby Township, Michigan, talk to us about protecting your Corvette the right way.

⚡ 2026 Porsche Taycan — Performance Protected the K&D Auto Spa Way

This 2026 Porsche Taycan came to us for a complete protection package designed to keep this incredible EV looking its best while actually being driven.

We completed:
✨ Paint Correction – refining the factory finish and removing imperfections to bring out maximum clarity, depth, and gloss.
🛡️ Highway PPF Package – Paint Protection Film installed on the high-impact areas that take the most abuse during highway driving, helping defend against rock chips, road debris, bugs, and everyday damage.
💎 Ceramic Coating – adding incredible gloss and hydrophobic protection while making the Taycan much easier to wash and maintain.
☀️ Ceramic Window Tint – reducing heat and glare, blocking harmful UV rays, and completing the sleek appearance of this Porsche.
The combination of PPF and ceramic coating gives you two different types of protection: PPF provides a physical barrier against impacts, while ceramic coating helps protect the finish from environmental contamination and makes maintenance easier.

And with a car like the Porsche Taycan, proper preparation matters. We correct the paint before locking everything in so the finished product looks as good as it should.
Drive it. Enjoy it. Protect it.
