I'm going to be attending this event. My 64 Lemans was previously owned by Jack Scott George Scott Jim Luanne Scott of Midway Chevrolet in Orwell, Oh. Jack was tragically lost in a motorcycle crash just days ago at the age of 30. If anyone is interested in showing support and attending this event, let me know, and maybe we can meet up. 🏁

Starting to buff out the 57 Pontiac. Wow! The paint came right back! I'm completely amazed! 😲

In the Shop Saturday. Getting ready to pull the transmission back out of the 57 Pontiac since it has a major leak. The new seal kit just came. Also, check out the Chevy version on the left, my 57 Chevrolet Belair Hard Top. Kind of hard to see, but it's there! Never thought I would have two 57's in the shop.

It took me 2 days to get this 300 pound transmission out! But it's out and new one goes in tomorrow. It wasn't easy pulling this heavy of a trans out by myself. It really started pi***ng me off, I said "your coming out one way or another!" I won the first round! Round 2 coming up!

Well, the transmission is bad in the 57 Pontiac. The nearest specialist for these 4 speed Strato-Flights is in Boston. I was looking at least 4k and travel expenses. So I picked up this transmission instead. Now just have to swap them out. Cast iron center section. Extremely heavy. Fun fun fun!

The new Coker 235 75 15 Radial wide whites installed. I think it handles and looks much better now.

Got new shoes for the 57 Pontiac, Coker wide whites, and the 68XL, Mickey Thompson's. Not a bad way to spend a couple grand! 🤑
