Shakopee Redline Motors is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Professional to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven to succeed, and wants the opportunity to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
* Respond to phone, online, and in-person sales inquiries
* Follow up with leads and prospective customers
* Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
* Learn our vehicle inventory and confidently present available options
* Conduct test drives and help customers select the right vehicle
* Work with management to complete sales and achieve monthly goals
* Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic attitude
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Dependable and professional
* Comfortable using phones, texting, email, and basic computer systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to consider motivated candidates with strong sales or customer-service skills
