The Poverty Simulation bridges that gap from misconception to understanding of what life in poverty is like for many in Jackson County and beyond.

We still need at least 60 participants to immerse themselves in the real-life experiences that low-income families face each month. From barriers to transportation, access to childcare, and stress about paying bills, gain a deeper awareness of the realities of poverty.
