People think the deal is done once the customer says yes.

Meanwhile the salesman is outside finance pacing, checking in every 4 minutes, hoping the payment still works, the approval sticks, and nobody changes their mind halfway through signing papers. It's a stressful little waiting game!

Not because we're trying to pressure anyone, but because we genuinely want our customers to leave happy, comfortable, and excited about their new vehicle!

Salesmen never really leave on time because “one quick customer” turns into:

“Can I see one more truck?”
“Can you explain this payment?”
“My wife is on the way.”
“I think we’re buying today.”

Next thing you know it’s dark outside, everyone’s starving, and somehow they’re still standing in the parking lot talking cars like it’s a family reunion 😭🤣
