To our Tampa Bay community and all the surrounding areas:
When we began this journey at St. Pete Mitsubishi, we made a promise: to build a dealership people could believe in. We set our sights on becoming the number one Mitsubishi store in the nation, but becoming a trusted pillar in this community has always meant more to us than any ranking ever could.
We understand that buying a vehicle is a major decision. Behind every customer is a family, a responsibility, a goal, or a situation that deserves our time and understanding. That’s why we put our hearts into what we do. We listen, we work hard, and we go above and beyond to help put people in situations that make sense for their lives.
To any customer who has ever walked away feeling disappointed, unheard, or unhappy with their experience: I want you to know that I take that personally. As the face of this store and the person responsible for its operation, I take ownership of the experience our team provides. If we fell short, I sincerely want the opportunity to hear you, understand what happened, and do everything within reason to address your concerns and make things right. Your trust and our relationship mean more to me than any one deal ever could.
Taking care of people means answering the phone, having honest conversations, following through, and stepping up when things don’t go as planned. Our responsibility to you continues long after you drive off our lot.
