THIEF ALERT - This guy likes to take things that don’t belong to him.

2am Sunday, takes first bike, comes back around 3am and steals another bike.

Comes back around 5pm on HIS bicycle (not one he took earlier). This time he’s much more confident. Basically makes himself at home. Dude kicks back on a pallet of concrete sacks. Has a smoke, picks his nose a couple times (and eats it), takes what appears to be a nap, and finally leaves 30 mins later.

I do not know who this is.

6’ ish tall, hobbies include petty theft, bike riding, and digging for gold. Probably lives in his mom’s basement.
