After continuing to over pressurize and sporadic coolant temperatures, this 03 5.9 Cummins went under the knife for a head gasket replacement. We recommended a brand new head with ARP head studs and a fleece coolant bypass with a lower thermostat to bring the overall coolant temperature down.

The dreaded CP4 failure for this LML Duramax. This injection pump seized and broke the housing itself. Along with an entire fuel system replacement and cleaning, we converted the disaster CP4 back to the tried and true CP3. Paired with a brand new Fass bedside lift pump, this fuel system should outlast the life of the truck.

We made it to UCC this year and it didn’t disappoint. With some trucks running 4-5 second 1/8 miles and 3000 horsepower dyno runs this was one for the books. Photos and videos do no justice to being in person. Luckily there wasn’t as much carnage as the years previously but new stories for some teams. There were lots of venders present that we use on the regular and got to put faces to names and meet in person. We’re excited to see what next year brings and who knows, you might see the RDR truck there too!

This is a first for us. This 2008 Dodge 3500 6.7 was originally equipped with a 68RFE automatic transmission and this customer wanted a NV5600 manual transmission conversion. We have never seen a 6.7 Cummins equipped with a NV5600 since the factory manual transmission is a G56.
From time to time we do transmission conversions and as long as we have a complete conversion kit pulled from a factory truck, it's a fairly easy. Ask us today if a manual conversion is right for you.

A fully built 68RFE RDR transmission for our own 2017 Ram 2500. Although the 68RFE's have some weak points, we built this in preparation for more power. Supporting modifications are very important for reliability and we preach that for all trucks. Our 68RFE's are good for 1000hp meaning there's plenty of room for power upgrades for most all street trucks and tow pigs.
