Inspection

After inspecting the rear back cap, I deemed it as damaged rotten wood would need the file on pulled off marker light pulled off ladder pulled off to be able to repair.

Outside shows signs of cracking on sealant and will need a scrape clean and reseal

Passenger side door holder is Rotton®️ down to the plastic transitioning molding trim

A Trevon tape on roof is not laid properly. There is a soft spot or dry soft spot in the front of the RV roof. AC shroud is cracked and broken.

Signs of water damage amongst the front cabinet center and smell smells of mold out of the passenger side door didn’t see any signs of it

Adjacent with the passenger side door handle the wall on the interior is damaged floor feels fine

More signs of water damage on the front cabinet compartment

AC on interior feels to be blowing cold and has been running since I have been here. It looks clean and is operating fine so far.

More than just rv roof around here folks. Today we will be working 3 of our four bay doors, completing and rv slide room roof replacement, preparing for a slide room floor and slide roof replacement, diagnosing a furrion fireplace that is in operatble and finding a solution for repair or replacement and completing an rv roof, yellow tape inspected scrape clean and reseal then washing the unit to prepare for departure.
