"I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Larry's Independent Volvo! Warren and his team provided outstanding service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
I spent time troubleshooting multiple components on my Volvo at home but couldn't get to the bottom of the issue. I eventually had it towed to another local mechanic shop just down the street from me, where they held onto my vehicle for over three weeks without a diagnosis or a solution.
That's when I reached out to Warren, explained the issues and symptoms I was experiencing, and he told me to bring it on down so he could take a look as soon as they had an opening.
Once they were able to get my car into the shop, it took Warren and his team just four hours of troubleshooting to identify and fix the problem!
What impressed me just as much as their knowledge and experience was their honesty and professionalism. They focused on the issue I brought the car in for instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or finding other things to sell me on. That kind of honesty goes a long way, and I truly appreciate it.
