During a recent inspection of a vehicle acquired from a public auction, our team identified a significant mileage inconsistency between the listed documents and verified records.

Out of respect for our customers, we immediately paused the sale and refunded the deposit in full.
We also personally apologized to the customer involved and offered a special 70% discount on a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for their understanding.
