Automotive Service Writer/Manager.

Our Service Manager is responsible for providing an organized, productive and motivating working environment. As the face of our shop, you will act as a representative for the shop to customers and address any issues/disputes from customers in a professional manner.

Essential functions of this position are:
· Provide quality service, sell automotive accessories, service repairs and preventative maintenance to satisfy customer's needs.
· Learns and maintains current product knowledge on all services and other products that are represented.
· Accurately answer questions both over the phone and at the store location
· Establish a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness with customers and demonstrate a sincere concern for them.
· Willingly provide superior customer service levels that exceed customer expectations while staying within company policies and guidelines.
· Listen effectively to understand and communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and employees all pertinent subject matter.
· Prepare accurate estimates for customers
· Establish priorities on a daily basis among completing requirements to ensure that products and services are delivered to customers as promised.
· Analyze, organize and prioritize daily workflow
· Delegate authority by recognizing and utilizing the skills of others.
· Demonstrate reliability in all actions with customers and employees.
· Effectively manage employee productivity and shop inventory
· Communicate questions, problems and results to the company supervisor in a timely manner.
· Follow daily opening and closing procedures accurately.
· Reports to other locations to fill-in for the manager, if required.
· Respond accurately and on time to all administrative and paperwork duties and deadlines

Must have experience in the Automotive repair industry.
