THANK YOU! I want to take a moment a say THANK YOU to all our loyal customers! The past nine years have been an absolute pleasure and an honor getting to know our customers, to many who became family and close friends. We were known as the lot behind steaks which became a hang out to most. Koffman for all the time you guys brought us candy, Barry asking us if we wanted anything from DD, our customers asking us if we wanted a steak sandwich from the boardwalk. The list goes on and on of the endless memories we had made in Frankie's Lot. I will miss them, I will miss all my customers, even the ones we had to chase out if they were up to no good -- you know seaside we love our drama. But unfortunately Frankie's lot will no longer be Frankie's lot. I decided last summer was our final summer, I leave you in good hands - I promise you that. Again, THANK YOU. On behalf of Florence and myself, we hope all of you have a wonderful summer! We will since really miss seeing all of your faces.
