A 1969 Dodge Superbee required repairs following a deer strike. We found that a previous shop had used an excessive amount of filler, approximately 1/2”-3/4”, to fill a dent. To rectify this, we removed the filler and pulled and straightened the metal to complete the repair correctly. Furthermore, the quarter panel was damaged due to a tent in the trunk sliding during impact and causing outward denting. We repainted the quarter panel and fender, and reapplied the stripe on the quarter panel. To ensure color accuracy, as it is not a factory color, we performed a spray out.
