🔓 In-house 2020+ ECU unlocking — now done on the bench in about an hour, while you wait.

If you've got a 2020-or-newer BMW®, Toyota® GR Supra, or MINI®, your ECU (Bosch MG1/MDG1) left the factory locked. Until now, unlocking it meant shipping the ECU across the country — weeks a couple years ago, and most recently ~3 days through a mail-in service at $399 plus $130–160 shipping.

As of last week, we do it right here in Scottsdale — in about an hour.

What that means for you:
• No car required — bring just your ECU, or the whole car. Walk in, wait, walk out.
• Factory seal stays intact — the ECU is never opened or split.

You don't even have to tune with us — running MHD or bootmod3 at home, or getting tuned at another shop? Bring the ECU, we'll unlock it. And if you are tuning with us, in-house unlocking means same-day turnaround instead of the 3–4 days it took when the ECU shipped out.

It goes by the ECU: any unlockable MG1 qualifies — BMW, Supra, MINI, and select Mercedes/Maserati/Porsche that share the same unit. Audi, Mercedes and others that don't share it? Still unlockable — those just ship out.

This combination makes 850HP on 100 octane and 775HP on Arizona 91 octane pump gas.

Longtime customer Rick brought his Red Porsche 992 911 Turbo S to Goodspeed for the full treatment — a complete high-end build from tune to exhaust to intake. She's a big girl. Anyone can make good power in perfect conditions — it takes real tuning talent to make it happen on regular 91 octane Arizona pump gas in the summer heat. This Mercedes-AMG GT63 ran 711.9 HP and 744.6 lb-ft to all four wheels on our MAHA dyno, and that's the real measure of a quality tune: how it holds up when conditions aren't ideal. Fabrication as art. 🔧 These are Kline Innovation equal-length turbo manifolds (headers) — and the quality speaks for itself: hand-crafted stainless with flawless welds and mandrel-bent runners. Kline designs each runner to a precise length so the exhaust pulses arrive in sequence, increasing the rate of turbo spool for a sharper response. The equal-length design also improves flow and efficiency on the top end of the power band. Emissions compliant, and typically won't affect your factory warranty.

🏎️ ROLLS-ROYCE WRAITH — ECU & TCU PERFORMANCE TUNE 🏎️

This N74 6.6L V12 Wraith just left our shop with a Weistec ECU tune (+152 HP / +169 TQ) and 8-Speed TCU tune — and the difference is night and day.

The ECU tune adds power and sharpens drivability: hot-weather cooling calibrations run the pumps/fans longer above set ambient temps, stop-start is removed (if equipped), and factory top speed limiters are gone.

The TCU tune delivers smoother, faster shifts, more torque-holding capacity, and less friction-generated heat — meaning less stress on the transmission long-term.

Bottom line: factory Rolls-Royce calibration intentionally holds back this drivetrain's natural power band, leaving the car feeling restricted. This tune lets it breathe the way it was built to.
