2018 Polaris XP 1000 full service, whips and turn signals re-wired, and check engine light diagnosis. ✅✅✅ A somewhat common problem on these is rough running due to low fuel pressure. The ECU tries to adjust for the lean condition but eventually reaches its limit and triggers the check engine light. The cause of the low fuel pressure is this dislodged O-ring. The plastic pump housing pieces apparently shrink or deform and allow this O-ring to dislodge. Just a simple o-ring but the only way to fix it permanently is to replace the fuel pump assembly. Thankfully there are some great aftermarket options available at half the cost OEM

A little maintenance goes a long way! This Polaris Ranger 570 just tripped 3000 hrs! We’ve been serving it about twice a year and it has never had a major mechanical failure. A shift solenoid, shift detent spring, and a fuel injector are the only things beyond periodic maintenance that’s it’s ever needed. Not too shabby
