Do not be alarmed. All of you will be seeing more of Justin & Kristina (Justin's wife- our daughter in-law) a bit more in the daily business operations. Justin, as he always has will continue to take good care of your vehicle repairs, Kristina will step into the office roll as time goes on. I & Andrea will not have a defined schedule but will be here whenever we can. Please understand that with Andrea being diagnosed with the "c" word, this will be our number 1 concern at this time. NO, WE ARE NOT CLOSING. We will absolutely continue business as usual. As for the time being, you will have a hit & miss with us 2(Dave & Andrea) until we get ahead of this issue. We thank each & every one of you for your patronage. We won't let you down, I promise you are still in good hands. Thank you all for your concerns & as well we are very grateful for your prayers.

No one ever has been obligated to make a repair on any vehicle brought into this shop. Case in point, pull in a pickup truck for brake inspection, estimate it & phone client with quote. YES, IT WAS An EXPENSIVE REPAIR, 2800.00 to be exact. Honestly, we did not expect him to approve the repair needed & he did decline. We gave a printed quote with part numbers & all pricing, charged nothing for the inspection or quote (40+ minutes time spent) this morning he thought it would be a good idea to make a statement on this page about being too expensive. 2x things if you want to save $$ do it yourself or find someone cheaper, it's really that simple... Why do people take to a business page to vent about pricing etc.? I banned Mr. G from the page, now he is banned from the shop as well. We do not force repairs, If the repair price is not with-in budget move on, no feelings hurt. Last item of his defense is he did not like the price, WELL WHO DOES? I have never ever seen anyone doing cartwheels coming in or leaving, it's understandable spending $$ to have your vehicles repaired is not pleasurable- we understand that but to start in on a business page after being charged nothing for inspection is beyond me. What is it with some people lately??? Complain about receiving a free estimate. WHO in their right mind does that? This to me is not NORMAL, is it?

Most major brands Have an 80-100 rebate on sets of 4x purchased. Combine this with the synchrony rebate of 75-100 on purchases & you can save anywhere from 155-200 on a new set of tires thru the end of the month(march). Same truck different name. Gmc canyon & Chevy Colorado. Front brake rotor/ brake design on the 4x4 models. rant... The hubs have to be removed to replace/service rotors, which leads into the abs ring cracking, so include new abs sensor rings & harness with the brake job. Warped rotors when looked into discover caliper issue sticking. $2800.00 quote. Engineers need to do better. There is no reason for this design at all. I honestly thought we would have received a 1 star review for this quote & chalked it up, move on, call it what it is. So far, so good...shew wee because even I was set back & had to look the quote over twice to see if something was off. This is not the only time we have seen out of the norm on brake jobs on these trucks. If you own a Colorado or canyon, expect the unexpected when it comes to brake work on these trucks. Just remember the technician did not build it or buy it... Don't take it out on the messenger.

Why do some clients go 250-300k miles & never need a fuel pump & others go about 50k miles & are on their third replacement?If it's not submerged, it's overheating. If the low gas warning light comes on, then you are wrecking the pump. NOW YA KNOW.

We promise we won't keep your vehicle for weeks at a time, we schedule & promise the shop bay to you at your scheduled time. We hear it all the time that a vehicle was left at a repair center & it's been 2+ weeks, NOT HERE! We refuse such antics played out on our clients & that will never happen. Just a f.y.i. friends. Cardone with parent company first brands group have filed & are closing factories all over. This will affect the automotive parts industry in a MAJOR way including new vehicles. So, if your vehicle is in any shop & they tell you they are awaiting parts do believe them. As time goes on & stock is de-plenished it will only get worse. Yes, we have already seen price increases across the board. This company has been buying up the little guys since 1970 & have their hands in most all parts markets which is going to cause a MAJOR collapse across this industry. Multi billion dollar business done....

2022 Chevy Trailblazer. Quote on a thermostat, which includes a/c recharge, adaptive cruise recalibrate & lane departure recalibration,coolant & electronic controlled thermostat.. $2,020.34 is the price. Personally, I would not own a newer model vehicle due to the cost of repairs. I will keep my 2010 & smile every mile.
