Hello Mark, 3/30/2014

Due to a recent accident I needed a find an auto repair shop to address the damage to my vehicle. An acquaintance referred me to Fiber Tech in Scituate, Ma. I should start by saying that I have a 12 year old pick-up truck that was (before the accident) in perfect condition. Also, I am extremely meticulous when it comes to the care of my vehicles. My vehicle was involved in a single car accident (during a very bad ice situation) which damaged most of the passenger side of the vehicle. Due to the conditions of the accident and the age of the vehicle, I was unsure if the vehicle would be a total loss. We worked closely with the owner of Fiber Tech (Mark Fasciano) and explained that due to the condition and mileage on the vehicle, we very much preferred to fix the vehicle and keep it if we could.

Mark and his team worked closely with our insurance company and with us to generate appropriate estimates for the work needed to repair the vehicle back to the condition before the accident. Mark understood how much we valued our vehicle and he wanted to execute the repairs in line with our expectations. Mark and his team worked relentlessly to locate all of the required parts which based on the age and model of our vehicle was no easy task. They installed all of the replacement parts which was a major undertaking and painted components as needed. Since I have restored two vehicles myself, I am well aware of the work and attention to detail that was required to repair our vehicle. All work was completed on budget and equally import with a strong sense of pride that is very hard to find today. As mentioned here, I am a car fanatic and based on my dealing with Fiber Tech in Scituate, I absolutely would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for an excellent collision specialist.
