How to Enter:

Purchase any Neptune’s Wash service to earn 1 entry per service.

Customers may nominate a student of their choice to receive the scholarship.

Rules:

1.Each service purchased = 1 entry.

2.The nominee must be a student.

3. Only entries received during the promotion period are eligible.

4. Students must be in grade 9 through senior year in college, in a Capital District school.

5.If the winner --drawn by random-- cannot be reached within 3 days, a new winner will be drawn.

This process will repeat until the prize is claimed.
