(They took a few little extra steps i.e. washing my floor mats that were caked with salt - not required or part of the repair process, but a nice little extra step for the customer - greatly appreciated!) They are very honest about what they can and cannot do, and keep the customer apprised of updates. They are some of the most talented people I've ever come across. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, outlining in detail what to expect. Their office staff is very efficient and helpful. Their out-of-pocket pricing is very fair! They pretty much take care of everything for you i.e. rental car, insurance billing, etc. I will NEVER go anywhere else."
