We are looking for a TOP-LEVEL Shop Manager / Lead Technician with serious experience in auto & truck repair, specializing in advanced electrical systems and computer diagnostics for gasoline and diesel engines.
This is NOT an entry-level job.
This is for the tech everyone else goes to when the problem doesn’t make sense.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Run and manage daily shop operations
Perform high-level electrical & computer diagnostics
Oversee the diagnosis and repair of gas & diesel engines (auto, light & medium-duty trucks)
Lead technicians and control workflow
Solve complex problems independently — no parts changers
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Extensive auto & truck repair experience
Strong electrical diagnosis (wiring, modules, CAN, sensors)
Advanced computer diagnostics (OEM & aftermarket scan tools)
Proven experience with gasoline & diesel engines
Leadership experience in a professional shop environment
WHAT WE OFFER
$1,800 – $2,000 per week to start (based on skill & experience)
