After our inaugural Panthers SBP event in Charlotte, we spoke to Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage. About why they feel it is important to support local businesses and what it means to be a partner for their local team.

Established in July 2013, Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage is one of Charlotte’s largest scrap metal yards with two drop-off locations.

They recycle tons of scrap metal that otherwise would fill our landfills with dangerous materials and chemicals. Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage also grows in E-Recycling for computer scrap.

Alongside this Queen City Recycling & Salvage has a second chance program for employment opportunities in recycling.
